My name’s Richard Hayden. I own a real estate agency in Ballarat.
If you’d said to me 12 months ago, “Do you believe you’ll double your sales “in 12 months?”, I would have said, “No, “not really”, but that has happened.
Neil said we would go from earning virtually no profit, to earning profits that we had never before experienced in the history of our business, and that is starting to happen.
Okay so, I’m probably a little bit reluctant to talk publicly about the profits, only on Neil’s advice. You know, he’s a bit concerned about, if we said we’re heading to $3 million profit, it may have a negative impact on the team.

The work that he’s done in our office over the past eighteen months, in lots of ways, is priceless. I mean, we’ve paid a lot of money to be part of VIP, but it’s actually the best money we’ve ever spent at Hayden Real Estate.

Why wouldn’t you do that? Any investment in Neil talking about the sort of things that he has been implementing in our office is a cheap price.
