Real estate consumers are losing millions of dollars due to the lack of ethics in real estate. So many sellers are deliberately misinformed and as a result, they sign up with agents which promise them the world just to get their business. The agents then end up controlling sellers and push people into underselling their homes.

Firstly, public auctions can never get you the highest price under any situation no matter what agents claim, let us explain. Every bidder that comes to an auction comes with a maximum limit they can afford. Lets say bidder 1 can afford $1 million dollars and bidder 2 can afford to pay $1.1 million. Once bidder 1 bids $1 million what will bidder 2 bid? That's right, they would bid $10,000 more and win the auction to buy the home at $1,010,000, that is $90,000 less than what they would have been willing to pay. We have a method, which all our recommended agents must follow that allows you to get the highest price out of every buyer. It's called a silent auction. No buyer can see what the other buyers are offering and they get only one chance to submit their best legally binding offer in a sealed envelope. This method, combined with a skilled negotiator guarantees you receive the highest price anyone is willing and can afford for your home.

Secondly, by removing lock in contracts, it incentivises the agent to give you a fair valuation of your home from the beginning and treat you well throughout the entire process. Typically, agents are known for inflating valuations just to incentivise you to sign up with them. Many end up mistreating sellers after they have "locked them in" and this leads to a very stressful 60-180 days for sellers.

When we support a seller to sell with an agent, the agent pays us a support fee, usually a small percentage of the sale price (apx 0.627%). This fee is not passed on to the sellers.
