Another excellent article Neil. It’s laughable how agents imagine they are soo good looking to plaster their silly faces over the for sale signs when a feature of your home could of been placed there. What a bunch of jerks real estate agents are here on the Gold Coast.
Just lies and deception looking for a quick sale. Welcome to the Gold Coast!

Absolutely love you Neil Jenman. My home buying days are over, however I wish I had had the benefit of your expertise so many times in the past. I’ve passed on your details to others I know who are likely to buy real estate in the future.

Love this article ! Really enjoyed it ! Even though we are determined to sell our property ourselves, if the need arises for an agent, I will use this script!
Thank you so much, Neil, much appreciated.

This article is perfect! Shines the light right through the con many people face when selling. We follow the agents lead as they are the “expert” seller and already tricked that this is the way to sell a property as it is what every other agent is also doing.

When we were looking to buy, I handed out a simple A4 sheet with our details and what we were looking for. It was all very reasonable.

Out of 8 agents we did that for, only one ever contacted us, and they turned out to be massive liars – we found out the truth (and got the house) by dealing directly with the owners.

The fees were still paid, so we didn’t go direct for that reason. We went direct to not be lied to.

    Gross industry.
