Good advice again, Neil. I think I suggested an idea when I read similar thoughts from you before. Why don’t you have drawn up a standard model contract like the Dept of Fair Trading does for people engaging builders. You would be the ideal person to do it and I’m sure people would readily pay a small fee to you to cover your costs.

Neil, great read today, I’m not a seasoned seller, have owned 5 propertys and only ever sold one, still holding 4 today. 3 properties were purchased in uncomfortable position where the vender needed to sell, and we possible may taken advantage of this when purchasing. However, Im very nervious about handing over my property to any agent, as if you have done the due dilgence initinally then the product should sell itself (not quite), but should be easier sell. If we were to sell I would like to consider approaching Jenman RES to get some contacts
    I always read your updates
    cheers

Neil is a man of greatness and practices the highest of ethics. Frankly, when it comes to real estate, Neil (and his people) are our only hope.
