Hi, I have read your article which is very informative and I am a bit confused about the young lady that spent several hundred dollars on
Legal fees before even bidding for the unit. I have always felt that you paid for legal feels after the property has been bought.
    Thank you.

    Another BRILLIANT article Neil.
Thank you for addressing the possibilities for first home buyers in this current crazy market.
You deserve a Gold Medal 🥇
Thank you so much for speaking to my daughter last week.
Her thoughts on buying a property are much clearer now.
    Love your work 🌻

Thanks so much Neil- that is really great info- confirms alot. I find it real surprising though that prices are going up whilst so many people have lost all their businesses and jobs the past 18mtns- makes me wonder, who are all these people suddenly able to afford so much more for properties, which, let’s face, really aren’t ‘The Hamptoms’ or in ‘Manhatten’- even properties in Melbourne worth 2 mill need at least another 500K to clean up, not renovate, but clean up- the quality of most homes for instance on the Mornington pen in Melbourne is crap
